The Report Will Enable You To:

Negotiate the price

If the report highlights any significant defects or issues that may affect the property's value, the buyer may be able to negotiate a lower purchase price with the seller.

Plan for repairs and maintenance

The report highlights any repairs or maintenance that may need to be addressed in the future, which can help the buyer to plan for these costs and budget accordingly.

Make an informed decision

The report provides a comprehensive assessment of the property's condition, which can help the buyer to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase.

Request repairs

If the report highlights any urgent or significant defects, the buyer may be able to request that the seller carry out these repairs before the sale is completed.
